Information in this portal

The portal stores your account identity, billing account membership, subscription records, payment references and instance/domain configuration so you can manage your Whatomate workspace.

Payment details are entered through the payment provider’s hosted checkout. This portal does not collect card numbers or card security codes.

Instance owner bootstrap credentials are protected and revealed only through an authorized account action. Change the bootstrap password in Whatomate after your first sign-in.

Cancellation retains instance data. Contact support@smsflow.co.za for data access, retention and deletion requests.
